Located approximately 2 miles north of the charming village of Suttons Bay, 45 N Attitude is a beautiful 3,000 square foot home spread across 3 levels. The property boasts 180 feet of waterfront on Suttons Bay with crystal clear water and a gorgeous sandy beach.
Bring or rent a boat and tie up at the 180-foot dock with mooring ball. Spend your days swimming in the bay, relaxing on the multi-tiered deck, or gathering around the firepit in the evening. The home is ideal for 6 adults and 6 children, making it perfect for a family vacation in northern Michigan.
Inside, enjoy a large gourmet kitchen with island and bar stools, a spacious living and dining room, a lower-level family room with wet bar, and Wi-Fi and cable TV throughout. Three Smart TVs are available in the master bedroom, lower-level family room, and second floor bonus area.
